No refunds, exchange . Store credit only. Items can only be exchanged within 14 days of delivery. Sale items cannot be exchanged, they are final sale. Orders can only be canceled before it has been dispatched.
Returned items must be in their unused condition including tags and hygiene stickers. Items that do not meet these conditions will be refused and returned
Stylz Afriq does not offer prepaid return labels. You are responsible for the delivery cost of your exchange. Once we receive your exchange request, an invoice will be sent to your email for the delivery cost of your exchange.

Most orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days of placing an order, unless stated otherwise. Some garments are made to order and can take up to 2-3 weeks for delivery.
The price of shipping is calculated based off of your location. Once you provide your address at checkout, you will see your shipping options. Some of the rates are calculated live with an estimated date of arrival. Note that some of the brands we carry have predetermined shipping rates for specific regions.

Best practice is to dry clean clothing , However when this is not possible machine wash on delicate . Seperated colours . Do not bleach. AIR DRY or tumble dry on low heat . Avoide placing hot iron on garment.
